Terms

Orders and minimums. The minimum order depends on the product — the quantity options shown when you request a price are the quantities we can supply. Pricing is quoted per job and depends on product, size, finish and quantity.

Artwork. Artwork is included free with every magnet order, with unlimited changes until you are happy. A proof is supplied for approval before anything goes to print. It is your responsibility to check the proof — dates, spelling, phone numbers and any other detail. We do not refund or reprint for errors approved at proof stage. Where the error is ours, we reprint at no charge.

Supplied artwork. Print-ready PDF is preferred, with 3mm bleed on all edges and important content kept 3mm inside the trim line. Images should be around 300dpi at final size. Artwork generated by AI tools is accepted, but often needs reworking before it can be printed — see the artwork page for what to expect.

Payment. Nothing is payable until you have approved your artwork. Your invoice is issued at that point and payable before we send the job to print.

Turnaround. Unwrapped magnets dispatch in 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval. Individually wrapped products take 7 to 8 weeks, because wrapping is a separate finishing process. Timeframes run from approval, not from order, and are business days.

Delivery. Orders are sent by express courier to the address you supply. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for carrier delays. Our factory is unable to facilitate pick-ups.

Quantity variation. Print runs can vary slightly from the quantity ordered. Where a variation occurs it is minor and the invoiced quantity is what is supplied.

Colour. Printed colour is reproduced as closely as commercially practicable. Colours viewed on a screen are displayed in RGB and will differ from CMYK printed output. Screen appearance is not a reliable guide to the printed result, and variation between print runs is normal.

Cancellation. An order may be cancelled at no charge at any point before artwork is approved. Once approved and sent to print the order cannot be cancelled, as production has commenced.

Intellectual property. By supplying artwork, text, logos or any other content you warrant that you own it or are authorised to use it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You indemnify Fridge Magnets against any claim arising from the reproduction of material you supply. Products and images shown on this site that carry third-party trademarks or logos demonstrate our print and die-cut capability only. They do not imply endorsement by, or any association with, the owners of those marks, and those items are not offered for sale to anyone other than the parties authorised by the mark owner.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Fridge Magnets is not liable for any loss of profit or other consequential or economic loss arising from an order. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy. Details you provide are used to quote and fulfil your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
