Artwork

Free design is included with every magnet order — and you do not pay a cent until you are completely happy with it.

Use our designers — free

Send your logo, contact details and any ideas. One of our designers builds the artwork and sends you a proof. Unlimited changes, and no payment until you approve it.

Or supply your own

A print-ready PDF is best, with 3mm bleed on all edges and important content kept 3mm inside the trim line. We accept most other formats too.

Resolution

Images want around 300dpi at final size. A photo pulled from a website is usually 72dpi and will not print well — send it to us and we will tell you before you commit.

Logos

Vector files (EPS, AI, vector PDF) scale to any size without losing quality. If you have one, send that rather than a PNG or JPG.

You always see a proof

Nothing goes to print until you have approved it. Check dates, spelling and phone numbers carefully — once approved, that is what gets printed.

Sending files

Email artwork to sales@fridgemagnets.com.au with your order details, or mention it when you request a price.

Artwork from AI tools

Can I supply AI-generated artwork?
Yes, send it through and we'll work with it. Be aware that images from AI tools are built for screens rather than commercial printing, so they often need work before they can go to press. We'll do everything we can to make your design print properly.
Why does AI artwork sometimes need reworking?
Three things usually cause trouble. Colours are generated in RGB for screens and shift when converted to the CMYK inks a press uses, so bright blues and greens in particular can print duller than they looked. Fonts are baked into the image rather than being live text, so they can't be re-typeset and often blur at print size. And resolution is typically around 72dpi, where printing wants roughly 300dpi at final size.
What happens if my AI artwork can't be printed as-is?
We'll tell you before anything goes to print, and our designers will rebuild it to match your original as closely as possible — same layout, same look, using type and colour that hold up on press. That's included free, like all our artwork, and you approve the result before we print.
How can I give AI artwork the best chance of working?
Generate it at the largest size the tool offers, avoid very fine text within the image, and send us the original file rather than a screenshot or a copy pasted into a document. If you have your logo as a separate vector file, send that too — we can drop the real logo in over the generated background.
