FAQs

Ordering, artwork, payment and delivery — the questions we are asked most.

What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product — some start at 10 or 20 units, others higher. Choose a product and the quantity selector shows exactly what we can supply, then text us for your price.
Do I have to pay before I see the artwork?
No. Order now and you do not pay a cent until you have approved the design. Unlimited design changes are included.
Is artwork really free?
Yes. Our design service is included with every magnet order. Send your logo and details and our designers build it, or supply your own print-ready artwork.
How long does an order take?
Unwrapped magnets dispatch in 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval. Individually wrapped products take 7 to 8 weeks, because wrapping is a separate finishing process.
How much is delivery?
Fixed price delivery by express courier. Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane are usually 1-2 days, with a few extra days elsewhere in the country.
What if I find it cheaper elsewhere?
Let us know the details and we will beat the price. We aim to be cheapest every time.
Are your magnets made in Australia?
Yes. We have been making fridge magnets locally since 1994 — over 25 years.
Can I supply AI-generated artwork?
Yes, send it through and we'll work with it. Be aware that images from AI tools are built for screens rather than commercial printing, so they often need work before they can go to press. We'll do everything we can to make your design print properly.
Why does AI artwork sometimes need reworking?
Three things usually cause trouble. Colours are generated in RGB for screens and shift when converted to the CMYK inks a press uses, so bright blues and greens in particular can print duller than they looked. Fonts are baked into the image rather than being live text, so they can't be re-typeset and often blur at print size. And resolution is typically around 72dpi, where printing wants roughly 300dpi at final size.
What happens if my AI artwork can't be printed as-is?
We'll tell you before anything goes to print, and our designers will rebuild it to match your original as closely as possible — same layout, same look, using type and colour that hold up on press. That's included free, like all our artwork, and you approve the result before we print.
How can I give AI artwork the best chance of working?
Generate it at the largest size the tool offers, avoid very fine text within the image, and send us the original file rather than a screenshot or a copy pasted into a document. If you have your logo as a separate vector file, send that too — we can drop the real logo in over the generated background.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Order a free sample pack and we will post it out so you can check the thickness and print quality before you commit.
