What to put on it

  • Whatever content suits your trade — a calendar, important numbers, or your services. The shape is the differentiator, not the content.
  • Your photo if you're an individual agent, since property is a relationship purchase.
  • Keep the roof area clear of critical text. The die-cut narrows there and text placed too high reads awkwardly.
  • Contact details in the body of the house where the space is widest.

Why house shaped magnets work

The silhouette does the positioning work. A household glancing at the fridge registers 'property' from the shape alone, which is why real estate agents, mortgage brokers and home service trades default to it.

There's no separate die charge for our standard house shapes, so the recognition advantage costs only marginally more than a plain rectangle.

Which format suits

DL House Portrait

210 × 97mm upright house. The most-ordered real estate format.

DL House Landscape

The traditional wide house shape, same footprint.

A5 House

Larger silhouette with room for a legible calendar or numbers list.

A6 House

Compact house shape that posts in a standard envelope.

Small House

The most economical die-cut option for large drops.
